What the Week Looks Like

DAY 1

After your arrival, enjoy seamless transportation from St. George to Holmstead Ranch where we'll be kicking things off with a fun group workout. As the evening wraps up, we will get together for a welcome dinner masterfully crafted by our chef and settle in with casual yard games, fireside s’mores, and soak in the beautiful ranch setting.

DAY 2

Today you'll wake up on the picturesque lakeside and make your way to the delicious chef-prepared breakfast waiting for you just a quick stroll away. We'll start the day strong with a group lift, then head out for an invigorating hike at Pine Valley. In the afternoon, sharpen your aim during a guided skeet shooting session before returning to the ranch for a chef-crafted dinner to close out the day.

DAY 3

We'll begin the day with a beautiful chef-prepared breakfast at the ranch, followed by a group lift to get our sweat on. Then, we'll head out for an exhilarating Amazing Race–style challenge through the iconic Snow Canyon State Park. In the afternoon, we'll cool off at the water with a boating adventure before returning to the ranch to unwind over a delicious chef-prepared dinner.

DAY 4

Greet the morning with sunrise yoga and savor a fresh, chef-crafted breakfast. Next, we'll take the energy outdoors with a lake-side workout at the ranch, then saddle up for a guided horseback riding tour through the unique southern Utah landscape. The last evening wraps up with dinner at Fish Rock Grille - come as you are, or dress it up to enjoy our last night out!

Everything You Need To Know about the Retreat

What kind of payment plans are available?

After paying your deposit, we will reach out personally to set up an option that will work for you.

What fitness level is required to attend?

We welcome all fitness levels! This is an active retreat and we will have some desert heat (80+ degrees is not uncommon this time of year!) so we recommend you stay hydrated before your travels begin. This will ensure that you acclimate seamlessly to the activities we have planned outside!

I have food allergies or sensitivities. Can those be accommodated?

Yes! We will be reaching out after booking to make sure everyone has options at each meal that will work for them.

Can I come alone?

Yes! This is the perfect place to come as you are and leave with life-long friends.

When searching for flights, I’m seeing options to fly into Las Vegas. What’s the best way to get from Las Vegas to St. George?

There are shuttles that drive to and from the Las Vegas Airport and St. George periodically throughout the day. Check out St. George Shuttles or Salt Lake Express for options.

What should I pack?

We will be sending out a suggested packing list to make sure you are prepared for the weather and activities that will take place.

Will Brooke really be hanging out the whole time?

Yep! Brooke will be at every activity, workout, and even hanging out during the downtime. She can't wait to meet you!
